Uplifting disabled women in IT, not only to enhance B-BBEE scorecard but also create meaningful investment in SA’s Human Capital

Uplifting Disabled Women in IT

Campaign by Dynamic DNA

Uplifting disabled women in IT brings numerous benefits, including fostering diversity and inclusion in the tech industry, tapping into a wider talent pool, promoting innovative problem-solving through diverse perspectives, and serving as a source of inspiration for others facing similar challenges. Additionally, it helps break down stereotypes and barriers, ultimately leading to a more equitable and thriving IT workforce.

Dynamic DNA are proud ambassadors of the 4IR4her initiative which drives these imperatives and in commemorating National Disability Rights Awareness Month from November 2024 to December 2024, we have developed a programme that is focused on increasing skills and awareness to disabled individuals.

We are excited to invite you to join our programme by recruiting more woman in IT with a disability to form part of your company. The programme does not only aim to improve the lives of disabled people, but also increases your B-BBEE scorecard, by reaching the disability target for your financial year, whilst supporting the employment equity target of woman with disabilities.

Dynamic DNA assesses, advises & trains individuals, and companies to ensure that the investment made in training is maximised.

The programme will have cumulative benefits for your company of multiple impacts in different aspects of the B-BBEE scorecard.
