Prudence Mabitsela, a BB-BEE and skills development specialist, was previously head of Skills Development at DVT, where she launched an internal leadership academy. At the time, she found it difficult to take in learners who had no work experience whatsoever, as their practical learning needs were taking up significant resources in terms of time and people. Using this as inspiration, she opened Dynamic DNA, where she is a majority shareholder of the business.

Dynamic DNA is a Learnership Training Academy, founded in 2013, with the purpose of bridging the gap between companies within the ICT Sector requiring expert technology professionals, and young learners with the aptitude and ability to step into these positions.
We provide a space for the development of potential, regardless of economic circumstances, giving our learners classroom-based training at the Dynamic DNA campus, coupled with exposure to hands-on work experience. We inspire and encourage our learners to reach for their dreams and know that a better future is possible.
Dynamic DNA is accredited with the MICT (Media, Information, Communications and Technology) SETA*. We offer accredited local and international ICT Learnership Programmes for a range of career paths in the Technology sector. Dynamic DNA is an accredited Microsoft Learning Partner.
Tech companies participating in the Dynamic DNA Internship and Mentorship Programme play an important role in the development of each learner. Learners are placed as intern employees within the partner company, where they receive on-site exposure to the workplace environment, as well as soft skills development. Learners may go on to becoming permanent employees with the partner company or outsourced to a client. Alternatively, they are placed at other tech companies, with their scarce skills making them preferred employees.
