We conduct a Skills Gap Analysis for our clients, working together with your Management and HR team, after which we recruit learners who have the ability and potential to learn the skills your organisation requires. Together, we provide a powerful combination of classroom-based training and on-site work experience, which culminates in a professional, skilled employee for your organisation.
We work closely with the MICT SETA to ensure we remain compliant in terms of the quality assurance of the programmes we run, details of learners, test results, assessments and certifications. Our courses are SAQA- and NQF-accredited.
