They also learn about communication skills, presentation skills, work ethic and professionalism, making them immediately employable upon graduation.
“My experience through the Dynamic DNA programme has been more than amazing. I have learnt so much, not just about Systems Development, but about the workplace environment as well. Everyone at Dynamic DNA has been so welcoming and helpful. There is a strong support system here. We constantly receive a lot of encouragement and motivation to perform at our best and Mrs Mabitsela always motivates us to work even harder. Our facilitator is beyond awesome as well. I am truly privileged and thankful to be part of this programme.”
“I would like to thank Dynamic DNA and DVT for giving me the opportunity to learn and grow. The Learnership programme has made a very big difference in my life. I was a graduate with no experience of a work environment, but the Learnership programme taught me everything about it. I would like to thank everyone involved in the initiation of the programme, everyone who believed in me when it was difficult to believe in myself, everyone who motivated me when I felt like giving up, and everyone who gave me the opportunity to prove my abilities and grow.”
“I am very pleased with what this programme has taught me and I am thankful for the outstanding teachers who have made it a wonderful learning experience.”
“I am grateful to be part of this programme. There is always something new to challenge my mind and abilities. I’ve learned a lot through programming. I’ve also learned how you have to behave and carry yourself in the work place. This also helped to boost my self-confidence and my self-esteem.”
“I started in the Systems Development Learnership at Dynamic DNA. I studied, developed, learned as much as I could from the more experienced developers and my hard work paid off. I was selected as the only girl to make it into the Graduate Programme. 12 months later, I am a permanent employee at DVT and am so grateful for the opportunity to learn at Dynamic DNA. Thank you, Dynamic DNA! Thank you for pushing me up the ladder!”
“I am fortunate enough to have experienced and learnt a lot, not only about Systems Development but about the workplace – how to conduct yourself in a business environment, how to approach clients. This is truly a unique opportunity and I am grateful to be part of this programme.”
“I was selected to join the Graduate programme after the Learnership programme, where I became a competitive candidate who was offered a permanent position at DVT, [outsourced] to a large banking client. I would like to thank Dynamic DNA for serving as a stepping stone to greener pastures and for the support I had during the programme. I came to Dynamic DNA with limited knowledge, but by the time I left, I could handle any challenge at the client.”
“The Dynamic DNA programme has helped me grow as a person. I am learning new skills in the IT field and getting to meet new people. This programme is one of a kind. We deal with a lot of different tasks that cover Networking, Web Design and Programming. The facilitators are very helpful and we get advice from our mentors. I still have a long way to go, but it looks promising and hopefully I’ll learn even more.”
“My experience with Dynamic DNA these past few months has been absolutely amazing! I never leave the classroom at the end of the day without having learned something new. The staff are really passionate about what they do and they are always willing to assist a learner who’s struggling with the work. I enjoy every moment of being in class and I can’t wait to learn more.”
